Hari-hari ini, semua orang bicara inovasi. Tetapi apa sebenarnya inovasi itu? Mengapa mesti ber-inovasi? Apa kaitan inovasi dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi, dinamika sosial, bahkan kualitas kepemimpinan?
